Yesterday, we decided to have a little adventure – all without leaving our neighborhood! I printed out these wonderful neighborhood scavenger lists for the kiddos, gave them each their own copy along with a pencil, and we set out to rediscover our ‘hood.

We had such a wonderful time. The kids took notice of little things like the bees and butterflies, looked carefully in the trees for birds, said hello to neighbors walking their dogs, and picked up flowers, sticks and rocks along the way.
