The temperatures are soaring and Little M and I are enjoying our summer. It’s the perfect time for flip flops, the beach, picnics and…popsicles! I prefer to make our own homemade frozen pops, not only are they quick and easy to make, I feel good knowing that Little M is getting a dose of healthy ingredients with every cool treat. He enjoys helping me make them too. He decides the flavor (mixed berries are a favorite and mango is a close runner-up) and his favorite part is helping to stir in the ingredients. We have made these so often that we have started to wing it with our versions, but we definitely use these for inspiration:
