Little ones are so fascinated by the idea of Valentine’s Day! Hearts, candy, chocolates – what’s not to love? Here are some of our favorite, kid-friendly ways to celebrate Valentine’s Day!
We are such big fans of Tinkerlab, which is a wonderful source for children’s art projects and science experiments. We recently got the Tinkerlab book and use it almost every day to find new projects and ideas – We are all set to tackle building a drawbot (a drawing machine) next! But first, I’m pretty sure we will need to make all of their wonderful kids’ Valentine’s Day projects. The All In One Envelope looks especially cute.
Need a Valentine’s idea for your kiddo’s classmates? We made these Rock ‘n Roll inspired Valentine’s cards for Little M’s class – complete with guitar shaped bubble wands!
Surprise someone special this Valentine’s Day with a copy of this gorgeous new children’s cookbook. The Forest Feast for Kids: Colorful Vegetarian Recipes that are Simple to Make by Erin Gleeson is one of the most beautiful cookbooks I have ever come across, complete with vibrant watercolors, stunning photos and delicious recipes. The Strawberry Salsa and Watermelon Smoothies are sure to be a hit on Valentine’s Day! Can’t wait for the book? Check out Erin’s Watermelon Bruschetta recipe here!
Make your kids smile with a “heart”y Valentine’s snack, like these strawberry heart fruit kebabs, strawberry applesauce and strawberry cream cheese heart sandwiches!
Love these!
Thank you!!
