It’s almost Diwali and we have been busy creating this beautiful Rangoli craft. Read on for simple step-by-step instructions!

We used these circular wooden cutouts and then used a stamp to create a Rangoli pattern on the front. The kids loved helping to ink the stamp and apply the patterns.

We made a LOT because we are planning to do this craft with my children’s classmates when we celebrate Diwali in their classrooms.

I used a hot glue gun to attach the twine at the back so we can hang these when they are ready.

The kids then used markers to decorate and added some sparkle (of course) with gemstones and sequins!
