New York City
While there are a number of choices for high tea with kids in New York City, our favorite may always be the children’s tea at the Plaza Hotel. The Eloise inspired tea menu includes apple and cinnamon cupcakes, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and pink cotton candy. Grownups have their own selection of tea menus. Visit the Eloise shop while you are there! Perfect for a special occasion, but be sure to book ahead.

Los Angeles
The next time you find yourself in Los Angeles, be sure to check out the Langham Hotel‘s Sunday Chocolate Afternoon Tea. That’s right, chocolate! The menu includes chocolate tea sandwiches (like melon, dark chocolate mascarpone mousse and prosciutto chip), chocolate brulee and a chocolate fountain and offers a children’s tea selection as well.
