Summer may be over, but it doesn’t seem like the insects got the memo! Little M and I enjoy taking long walks in our neighborhood and he loves spending time outdoors, so I am always looking for safe, non-toxic options for insect repellent. When I heard about The Honest Company, which was created by Christopher Gavigan (the former CEO of Healthy Child Healthy World) and Jessica Alba (yup, the actress), I was intrigued. And when I tried some of the products, I was impressed. I received a sample of the company’s natural bug spray which uses citronella, rosemary and wintergreen essentials to keep insects away. I must say, we all really like it! The hypoallergenic, organic bug spray is lab tested to deter mosquitoes for up to 4 hours. It seems to really work, has a pleasant scent and I love the sleek packaging.
