The collective of cooks ensures that the recipes are varied and represent cuisines and tastes from all over the world. Little M and I leafed through the book and spotted dishes from India, Peru, Mexico and more! We tend to make dal dishes quite frequently and the Red Lentil Soup with Ginger and Cilantro recipe has become a new favorite in our house. It is simple and oh so delicious and hearty! The Peruvian Quinoa Salad is a sure winner and an easy way to add more quinoa to your weekly diet. Little M likes looking through the cookbook and highlighting recipes we should try to make. Is it any surprise that their Apple Spice Cake with Sesame Seeds made the cut?
